After losing over 50lbs with ADF/JUDDD, I've been maintaining surprisingly well over the past 2ish years. I haven't really done down days during maintenance, but I have done 16:8 most days, have done some form of exerise (mostly walking), and then I've also watched portion sizes.
However, lately due to laziness/schedule changes I'm no longer exercising, and I admit the portion sizes have gotten bigger. This has caused a slow but steady creep on the scale, and I'm now around 10lbs over my lowest weight, when I transitioned into maintenance.
So back at it I started ADF again this past Monday, and will continue to do M/W/F down day rotations until I get back in the 118-122lb range (which puts me at a 19-19.7 bmi).
Monday went really well, and today's going good as well. I'm anticipating a good weigh in tomorrow!
After I correct the weight gain creep, I will be reevaluating how I've been doing...

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!

Yes, it is terribly dead here, especially lately. I think that people either just have all the information they need or have stopped this WOE. It is a shame. But stick around. It seems to go in waves....
