Fasting day today. My stomach was a little hungry when I first woke up but after a drink of water I realized it was just being thirsty.
Tomorrow and wednesday will be regular days then I will go on the thursday/monday fast days every week until I reach my goal weight. After that I will make just one day a week a fast day.
Mirielle from French women have the same premise. Once in a while she will go on a Leek soup weekend. where all she drinks is leek soup and herbal teas. Its also the same premise with slim fast. YOu are basically fasting and restricting calories, thus shrinking the stomach. My stomach needed shrinking big time. I was gettnig to the point where I was stuffing myself, not enjoying or tasting food, feeling too full after I ate, and hungry an hour later. Also eating just out of habit or beause I felt like it was time to eat. No hunger was involved at...

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!
