The past 2 months have been crazy. More long haul flights and celebrations than I care to remember. I have been quite diligent since January 2013 and she'd a fabulous 23 kgs. I felt great, and found it really easy. I was helped by not having much business travel which enabled a really solid routine.
As my title suggests. The past two months have been chronic. Living a life of jet lag is bad enough, and I confess to eating slightly more than normal when feeling tired but having to perform. The other thing about business travel is the continual feasting, dinners, food in the meeting rooms, and often not a healthy selection.
So. I am back. Yes I have gained 2 kgs!!! Not too bad considering, which goes to prove that 5:2 does instill some good habits.
The other thing about returning, is that I feel re energized. I want to drop 6more kgs, and really am up for the challenge.
It will be fun...

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!

Yes, it is terribly dead here, especially lately. I think that people either just have all the information they need or have stopped this WOE. It is a shame. But stick around. It seems to go in waves....
