After a break of around 3 weeks, I've had my first fast.
I'd done the 5:2 for around 5 weeks, but decided to have a break because I felt that I was being really irritable which I didn't want for my son, as I was being more and more snappy with him. During all previous fast days, I split my cals into 3 meals/snacks, but after a kind suggestion of saving for the evening (so as not to trigger my hunger switch with breakfast), I have eaten the following:
No breakfast/lunch: just 2 black coffees plus a diet coke.
Around 4pm: One Minimilk -...

Thanks for the comment, cblasz.
Maybe this WOE is so successful that everyone's lost the weight and got on with their lives! I can hope ...
