Today, I am a bit sluggish because I took anti-histamines last night as my hay fever was bad. It's not been a terribly healthy day so far - 2 ginger biscuits for breakfast and a slice of Victoria sponge for lunch. Oof! So I'm going for a walk to burn off the sugary calories and then I'll make a lovely big salad ready for dinner tonight.
My arms are shaking from using the hedge trimmer so I've not been entirely inactive.
Do you know, I am really glad that I 'confessed' to the biscuit and cake because I've decided that I won't eat any more today. I enjoyed it, but if I eat any more I'll stop enjoying it and will start to feeling guilty about it - and that's not the point of 5:2, is it?
Anyway, the sun is finally out so I am off for a quick walk. Toodle-pip!
