So I didn't lose any weight last week and I was somewhat dismayed by it to be honest. It made the porridge/oatmeal and water cr@p I ate on one of my fast days seem even more evil. Like I'm being punished haha.
I've not fallen off the wagon however, I'm still going to continue my fasting and have been up since 9am today, out for a hard physio session and I've still managed not to eat anything yet - it's nearly 2pm! I'm figuring the later I leave it then the less space will be between my two meals and the less hungry/cold I'll feel.
Oh, the coldness I mentioned - I've been suffering from being very cold on fast days, I'm usually a warm person generally and don't feel the cold at all. I can only assume that my body is conserving all it's energy in functioning my organs rather than keeping me warm? I wonder if this is normal?

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!

Yes, it is terribly dead here, especially lately. I think that people either just have all the information they need or have stopped this WOE. It is a shame. But stick around. It seems to go in waves....
