Feeling quite - no, very! - proud of myself at this moment in time. :)

I'm nearing the end of my first successful fasting day. Going to have an early night so not much longer to go now... As well as that me and my boyfriend went on a 10+ mile walk today to a running shop to buy some gear for him. I would love to get into running but maybe I need to lose some weight first as I find it hard on my knees and ankles. I am leaning towards the idea of doing some kind of swimming and that may be a good plan for tomorrow morning. A solo swimming session as I have uni work and lectures the rest of the day. It would wake me up for sure! :wink:

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!
