So far my experience of 5:2 has been fantastic, and I'm sure without the amazing support from you lot I would have given up by now. So firstly, thanks to all the girls and guys on here who have been supportive throughout my journey so far and listened to my nonsense ramblings.
On January 6th 2014 I weighed myself at my boyfriend's mum's house (ah the days when I didn't own scales) and was 160.5lb with body fat of 35%.
It was that week that I started a diet and basically ate salads and cut out bread. I'd also seen around the web about this 5:2 diet malarky and so on the Thursday evening of that week decided to have a bit of a research and ended up downloading the book...
