I ate my dinner with a new appreciation for broccoli, mushrooms, and tuna (decided I fancied tuna more than the salmon I had first decided on). I ate slowly, and managed to finish my small meal just after everyone else at the table, who had a lot more to eat than me. It did fill me, sort of, and it didn't take long for me to feel a few rumblies in my tumbly (sorry I'm still a Winnie the Pooh fan), but I guzzled the water for the rest of the evening. By the time I went to bed, the hunger had passed, and despite getting up twice in the night to pee, I didn't feel hungry until my breakfast this morning.
Breakfast was a nice bowl of Kashi cereal with milk. It could have been something way more calorific, but I'm really not that hungry...
