Can't believe it's been 5 months since I started. Fast days are pretty easy now. I've settled into a routine of having 200ml 1% milk (80 kcal) for drinks, most of which goes in a cup of cocoa at bed time (20 kcal + sweetener). I have an oxo cube in boiling water in a soup bowl at lunchtime and a meal of less than 400 kcal at about 7pm. I feel fine all day and usually go to the gym in the afternoon. I try to make sure that my evening meal is a bit of a treat with plenty of veg e.g. king prawn stir fry or sea bass with veg, or sometimes an M&S fuller longer meal with a potion of frozen green beans if I don't want to cook.

Good luck, @moderatemeals! I think you'll love this way of life!
Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!
Thanks for the comment, cblasz.
