In the evening I had some white fish and veg and then I went running, assuming I would pass out after half a mile.. again, shocked that my running was much the same as normal and when I got back I wasn't even hungry. Showered and really had difficulty sleeping! SO hungry! Breakfast the next day was fabulous!! Fast day two was much the same, I ran again in the evening (just the way it worked out) and the rest of the week I didn't control my eating but I have a good...
