Well, I weighed in this morning, and I'm another pound down.
I've been having a difficult time getting enough calories in on my feed days, which is strange, since (obviously) I used to be quite good at getting more than enough calories in. I think this is mostly because I'm not eating between meals. Snacking seems to fuel my hunger, and no matter what I've had for a snack, I eat the same amount for the next meal as I would have without the snack. I quite like the freedom of not eating for hours at a time. No more wondering what I'll have for a mid-morning snack, because I won't be having it.
Next week I'll start experimenting with more calorie-dense, but still healthful foods, like having walnuts and an apple for breakfast. (I love cooked breakfasts, but since my brain doesn't really turn on until I'm already at work, I have to save those for Saturdays). I'm sure it will all sort itself out.

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!
