Well, I've not really been thinking about my weight for some weeks, after having the removal of an ovarian cyst which had attached itself to my bowel , together with a full hysterectomy, but starting to consider things again today I decided to weigh myself, finding that I have lost a little. I had expected to have gained and to pull myself together if I decided that I wanted to stay below the original ten stones which I had set as my original goal.

I've decided that I will try for nine stones as my target weight, as that was what I weighed when I married for the first time. Good luck, @moderatemeals! I think you'll love this way of life!

Thanks for the comment, cblasz.
