Hi, I am new to all this but really need help! or tips/support! I have been doing the 52 since August 2012 started at a weight of 13st 5 lbs and before Christmas I was 11stone 2lb so I was thrilled but since Christmas it seems to have gone horribly wrong! I still did it over Christmas but I think I may have over indulged on non fast days. I now weigh 11st 9lb and have recently started the couch to 5k to try and kick start the weight loss again. I originally thought women could only have 400 calories a day but I see from the forum I can have another 100! Great!
Has anyone else had good success and is now seeing the scales go the other way? really worried the weight will come back on as I have went down from a size 14 to 12. delighted! Please help me or point out what am doing wrong,I will attempt that its hard not to go mad when fast ends! I normally start a fast after a meal at 5 or 6pm until the following day as am diabetic and I know its not recommended but am watching my bloods closely....

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!
