Friday 26 ..Had a blowout for absolutely no reason yesterday other than working in the garden I left it too long to get something prepared so instead of working my way through it(talking to that sabotage voice in my head) as I've previously done, I thought that since it's a public holiday (Anzac Day) & I'm outside wearing off calories, I can have some fish & chips..I really knew I was giving in but it's amazing how I can shut that thought down ..that's the area I need to work on obviously.
What a great lesson..as with the damper the day before, I feel like a lump of lead in the old tum department!!! which is probably a good thing as it's a fast day today & I haven't eaten since 2pm yesterday ..
I'm making up that pot of Asian green veg & tofu soup I should have done yesterday for late afternoon ..that's a key to this I think for me, ..have some low cal meals prepared for when hunger strikes.
I'm also into Day 9 of no alcohol & no cigs so I'm giving myself a big Yay!...

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!

Yes, it is terribly dead here, especially lately. I think that people either just have all the information they need or have stopped this WOE. It is a shame. But stick around. It seems to go in waves....
