I haven't blogged for a while as my fast days have been going very well combined with slimming world. I've stuck to both plans easily and managed to get to 10.1 1/2 yay! I'm pleased about that but well this week I feel I've undone all my good work.
It's half term, and well to say plans have gone out the window is an understatement. I knew this would be hard over half term as we're everywhere amusing the kids and stopping the boredom which means not much chance to forward plan everything and planning for me makes it work. Well Monday was meant to be a fast day but I actively decided it wouldn't be this week as its bank holiday Monday and we usually go up the bank holiday market and have hot dogs, chips or burgers so Sunday night I decided rather than look enviously and possibly cave in on the hot dogs I would make homemade scotch eggs and just follow my normal slimming world day, so I did. Then on Tuesday I went away to London to meet my friend and have some me time and left my other half...

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!

Yes, it is terribly dead here, especially lately. I think that people either just have all the information they need or have stopped this WOE. It is a shame. But stick around. It seems to go in waves....
