Not sure what to eat for fast day today. Have already had a bulletproof coffee as I'm about to go into the gym. I have not trained for two days, but I'm still technically in 'recovery' week. I have also had two long days on the road.
Yesterday's numbers
Calories 1165 (around 180 cals under but margin for error in case I underestimated the cheese)
Carbs 26% (80g - Good)
Fat 54% (72g - in range)
Protein 20% (59g - bottom end of range)
It was a bit of an odd day for food. I broke the fast with a bulletproof, took my first meeting and for lunch had an ITSU no carb chicken and avocado salad with toasted seeds. Two large persimmons in the afternoon. Hopped on the train in the evening with a Cafe Nero expresso with whipped cream and a small piece of cheese on the train which I estimated at about 60g. Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!
