Today's weigh in shows a 25 lb. loss in 3 months of fasting to lose weight. I am very happy with this weight loss even though I sometimes get anxious for it to drop faster. At -20 lbs. I cut my hair to a very short style. I love it and it reminds me to keep my focus on the prize.
I am trying to blog about fasting to help me remember all the hard work I put into this. I don't want to lose all the weight just to put it back on and then more. I have done that in the past and it is so depressing.
Fasting has given me my health back little by little. My mental attitude toward exercise is getting better as I lose weight. I have found fasting all day is easier than snacking or small meals. I eat one meal in the evening and it satisfies me. When I leave for my travels I know I have to fast 2 or three days in a row before the trip in order to keep the weight off.
I eat salads with some protein every Mon, Wed, and Friday. I drink a lot of tea, coffee, and water on my fasting...

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!
