On a Thursday night the end of September I had a dinner with friends. Normally a fastday and normally I would change my fastday to Wednesday. That week I hesitated, because fasting on Wednesday would mean I couldn't do my strenght training on Wednesday night, which would mean I would have to skip one, because on Tuesday night I had obligations as well. So I decided to stick to Thursday as a fastday, save all my calories for dinner and chose very carefully from the menu. I had a hard time during the day. Feeling hungry all morning, because my stomach was used to breakfast. Feeling very tensed in the afternoon, trying my utmost not to snap at my colleagues. Then the dinner was cancelled.

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!
