Weight unchanged on yesterday and still half a pound up on last Saturday. Good job I fasted then. I'm surprised as I felt lighter this morning.

Breakfast Scrambled egg with coconut milk
Lunch One tin of wild red salmon and a large portion of tenderstem broccoli
No bulletproof coffee yesterday
Today instead of doing my normal 16:8, I'm extending to 24 hours aka the Eat Stop Eat approach http://www.romanfitnesssystems.com/blog ... sting-201/. I have pushed my normal morning exercise back until later this morning and then I will eat afterward. Tomorrow will be my third fast day of the week and as I have a whole day of PC work, it should be ok, although not eating...

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!
