Well, how easy can this fasting malarkey be....easier than an easy thing!
My 1st fast was on Friday which, generally is my day off and to be honest, I couldn't stop thinking about food! Today, however, I have worked and have gone almost 24 hours without food and its been EASY!
So, last night, I had my last supper(!) at about 8pm, a BBQ no less as the Bank Holiday weekend has seen some amazing weather and we have to make the most of it, right?
Took some 'emergency' food into work today...just in case but didn't feel the need to eat. Even refused some goooey chocolate cake that was being passed around!!!
Came home and prepared a huge salad with (tinned)tuna and am surprised just how much salad you get for your calories! I wasn't really that hungry but figured, I need to eat something...and even managed to account for a glass of red wine!!
If every fast day is this easy, I'm set for life!!

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!

Yes, it is terribly dead here, especially lately. I think that people either just have all the information they need or have stopped this WOE. It is a shame. But stick around. It seems to go in waves....
