Hello again everyone,
I am a little late with this update as I have just been very busy with work.
1st Week
My first week back on 5:2 was not very successful I found my second fast very difficult and ended up eating too much in the evening and I had a big weekend including a huge meal out on Friday and afternoon tea on Sunday. Come weigh in day I lost 200g which I was pretty happy to see.
Also for those of you interested I played that tournament and played all 5 games. We went undefeated but sadly my knee started out fine but for the last match I was in a lot of pain.. owe. So I have taken the week off since and will rest this week until Saturday when I will do some light exercise. If it hurts after that I will have to consider cross training and physio to keep my fitness up.

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!

Yes, it is terribly dead here, especially lately. I think that people either just have all the information they need or have stopped this WOE. It is a shame. But stick around. It seems to go in waves....
