So, tomorrow is my second day of fasting. I've been so far pleasantly surprised by this WOE, on that, after just one fast day, I've seen a drop of 2lbs, that appears to have stayed off. If course, my official weigh in is Wednesday morning and anything can happen. But if it stays off, I'll be shouting it from the Facebook rooftops

My timeline is riddled with friends really struggling to lose weight and I want them to know that with just two days a week limiting calories to 500, a little miracle can happen. When I joined a well known slimming club back in 2012, it took me four weeks to lose what o appear to have lost in four days. Now, we were always told in said club was "if it sounds too good tobbe true it usually is". I beg to differ. I did think that this WOE was too good to be true, and yes, the fast days are difficult. But unlike being on a constant 24/7 food watch, this is totally sustainable, not only physically, but psychologically too.

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!

Yes, it is terribly dead here, especially lately. I think that people either just have all the information they need or have stopped this WOE. It is a shame. But stick around. It seems to go in waves....
