Well I'm trying to stay positive but I'm raging at the scales even though I knew this would happen. It always does after eating out and I was pretty good too. Although I did vere off slightly but it illustrates how quickly you can lose will power

12pm: quark (45), 2 slices cheddar cheese(176), 5 slices salami(160), 4 brazil nuts (110)
4pm: caramel square mini (120)
6pm:1 glass red wine (125), prawn crackers (100), prawn tempura (200), larb gai (500)
8pm: 4 wine gumes (80), 2 glasses wine (250)

So obviously I gave in and ended up at around 1800 cals. Its around my TDEE so that's not the worst and I didn't finish my meal (took it home for dinner tonight) and I also refused rice. HOwever, I ate the caramel square(I don't even have a sweet tooth and don't like camamel squares but they were just there). AND I put up 3/4 pound.

So I give yesterday 6/10 because I didn't stick to my plan and I put up weight. However, I didn't finish what was on my plate just for the sake of it...

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!

Yes, it is terribly dead here, especially lately. I think that people either just have all the information they need or have stopped this WOE. It is a shame. But stick around. It seems to go in waves....
