Chicken stir fry no noodles,
Fast day today thank goodness. Hubs is back to work and tonight we are having chicken stir fry, with loads of veg including shredded cabbage.
On the TV it's all exercise DVDs, diets, on my Facebook so many good intentions from people who have joined the gym, started running and joined up to slimming clubs. Apparently 85% of people will start a new diet around now.
Nadia sawala, was touting her diet book, saying that she went down to a size 10 but couldn't sustain it, and now at a 12 she can still have her wine, carbs etc.
On the TV at the moment is Verity brown a size 34 plus size model, who's very beautiful and determined to stay her size, she's been told that "she wears too much make up and has a pretty face but is still fat". It's interesting as she is a very confident person, but the doctor sitting beside her on the sofa is having to tell her that even though she's...

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!
