Whoah - I can't believe the scales. I fully expected it to weigh 3lbs heavier but yahooooooo. Today is supposed to be a fast day but I have a number of issues. Firstly I didn't sleep well enough due to my alcohol intake. Secondly, I have book club tonight where there will be tons of really bad food. If there wasn't I could get an early night and eat healthy but what can I do. I had intended to fast until going to book club but that's failed already so I think I will aim to stay under 1000cals.
So far the day looks like this
930am: bagel (200)
1pm: 250g Quark (165)
AFter this God knows what will happen but I will be at least driving so hopefully can control myself some what. I'll also be going home around 1030pm as I have a 20mile run tomorrow. I'll update you on how the day actually goes after the 20mile run tomorrow.
SO far this week I have had 3600 cals which is an average of 900 per day. If I eat 1k today and 4k over the weekend my weekly average would be around...

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!
