First fast day impressions: Felt hungry during the day and thought about food quite a lot, had a mandarine and a sachet hot choccy (57 cals) and 2 cans of diet coke during the day. Physically felt fine.
Working it out as I go along but next fast day will try to have less calories in the morning so I can have more in the evening.
Dinner, slim pasta and baby broccoli with kecap manis. Pretty filling for 150 calories. Diet jelly for dessert.
So for my first eating day after first fast day I felt like both my lunch and dinner were too large, portionwise, but of course I didn't just push the plate away, after three months of deprivation I ate till it was gone. Lunch was a bought caesar salad wrap (wished I got the ham salad roll instead, looked larger but was probably less dense and nicer ingredients). Dinner was some ravioli with pesto, ricotta and parmesan. Our freezer got switched off a week ago so spent the evening chucking out stews and soups, working out what could be salvaged (meat still...

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!
