Tomorrow is my 2nd Fastiversary. I started on April 9th, 2013. At that time, I had just had an operation on my eyes and the house was in disarray because the kitchen and the plaster in the living room was being replaced. 2 years ago. Since then I have lost 13kg although I'm not weighing myself today, so I might have put some back on. I broke my arm 3 weeks ago and I stopped fasting. I wasn't in control of what food was cooked because the OH took over and it was all too hard. I'm pretty sure I have put weight on but I don't want to know exactly how much. My size 14 jeans are tighter than they were. I felt like a break from fasting. So this Thursday will be my first fast after 3 weeks. I am hoping it won't be too hard. I'm hoping I will just slip back into it as if I haven't been away. But I am also prepared for it to be hard. I had stopped losing weight and i really would like to kick start it again. Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!
