I decided to switch to 5:2 vs 4:3 to deal with the weight creep-a third down day is just too difficult to include with my schedule right now. If I stall on 5:2 though, I'll reevalute.
Today is the start of my second week adding back in down days, to take care of some maintennace weight gain creep. I haven't weighed myself since Saturday morning (124.5lbs), and I'm curious what the scale will say tomorrow morning, after an indulgent weekend and a down day today. I'd love to see 124lbs, but today's down day may just end up correcting Saturday/Sunday (ah, the fudge covered Oreos ).
Broke my fast at 11:30am with a can of light Progresso soup-added a bit of hot sauce and then 2tsp of parmesan blend (the kind you get in a can, to sprinkle on pasta), for a total of 160 calories. Will have two more cans (different kinds) of soup later today, as well as a mug of light hot cocoa, for a calorie total...

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!

Yes, it is terribly dead here, especially lately. I think that people either just have all the information they need or have stopped this WOE. It is a shame. But stick around. It seems to go in waves....
