I just had a "feast" day between my two fast days and here I am again. Yesterday I think I ate a little bit more than usual but not very much. I kept to my regular vegetarian foodies. I was hungrier in the first half of the day and I suffered some bloating but nothing major.
I feared that today might be hard today since I'm back at it so soon but I feel it is actually much easier. I felt hunger in the morning but by body became quiet rapidly. I started with a plain rice cake at 11 with a coffee. I just had my 2h30PM meal, with a small pita, 2 table spoon hummus and a few carrots. Believe it or not, I almost quit eating in the middle of it since I wasn't hungry that much. I plan on eating an apple later and have a simple dinner of oatmeal and blueberries. I keep myself hydrated with a lot of water with lemon.
Bottom line is I feel great. No upset stomach and no headache. My energy lever is good. On day one I was a little bit light headed during the afternoon but not at the moment....

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!
