So, took the plunge and did my first fast day yesterday, oh wow can't believe how easy it was! Though probably not the greatest idea to go out shopping all day on my very first fast! lol (i did get a few bargains though, so i think that's a justifiable reason!)
I do think that I went over slightly, but only by about 10ish calories! But lets see shall we?
Breakfast: WW nectarine yogurt and an apple,
Snack: 1 nature valley crunchy oat and honey bar (pack of 2 but only had 1)
munched on grapes for most of the day, (a snack pack from M&S roughly half a pack)
Tea: home made sausage casserole, (2 asda low fat sausages, 1/4 pack of carrot and swede mix, 1/4 potato, reduced salt chicken stock, 2 tablespoons of flour)
Evening snack: I did feel rather shaky in the evening so had roughly 3 little sips of lucozade and half a slice of kingsmill 50/50,
So i think i went over, but not to sure, next fast day (Thursday) I shall en devour to make sure I don't go over at all!

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!

Yes, it is terribly dead here, especially lately. I think that people either just have all the information they need or have stopped this WOE. It is a shame. But stick around. It seems to go in waves....
