Yesterday's calories 1399 (50 under TDEE, but I was tasting in the kitchen yesterday, so probably some slippage there)
Carbs 24% (83g)
Fat 55% (83g)
Protein 21% (70g)
Breakfast was a bulletproof coffee, one egg and paleo sandwich bread.
Lunch small fillet steak and a huge pile of brussel sprouts.
Plus taste testing of low carb cranberry muffins and pumpkin bread. I counted the calories for these but not for eating the cookie dough left at the bottom of the bowl which is always the best bit. Oh and I also ate a persimmon.
No exercise yesterday. It was a bit of a strange day all round. It's so dark here now in Northumberland at this time of year. As I write at 8.15am, its dark and stormy, it will be grey all day and yesterday it was almost dark at 3.30pm. Not helped by chatting to...

Losing 1.6 pounds is hardly a plateau! You are not going to keep losing at the same rate as the beginning. You should be very happy with 1 pound a week!
