Yaaaaah its coming off quickly. I know I shouldn't over celebrate as this is purely due to a fast day yesterday and I expect to go up tomorrow. Anyway, I went nearer 570 cals yesterday but I didn't run. I was so glad I didn't as I was quite foggy yesterday. However, I want to point out that no sugar lows and today I defo feel no sugar lows. I want to use my blog even myself for when I stagnate/fall off the wagon to motivate me to get back up and at it and keep going. One thing that really has motivated me is that weight loss predictor. The fact that in 6 weeks time I will be nearly at my goal seems so manageable. The fact that I am losing weight quicker is even more motivating. I am fairly confident I will hit 8st 5/6lbs next week.
So today I will be going for dinner so I have planned what I am going to have so it isn't an all out disaster:
7am-1pm: coffee milk,
1pm: 2slices cheddar cheese, salami, quark 50g (350 cals)
4pm: raisons & 20g quark (100cals)
6pm: larb gai (thai chicken salad), 1 glass red wine, prawn crackers (1000cals)
8pm:wine/gin & tonic (200cas)
That should bring me still under my 1800 TDEE. Just to bear in mind it is not even 10am at the moment so this is all planning as opposed to what has actually occurred. I would prefer not to be eating out at all to be honest but chicken salad is the best I can do and hopefully not order a starter.
So I give today ( so far) an 7/10 as the weight is dropping but I'm apprehensive about eating out as I will be eating out SAt aswell to celebrate an 18mile run. Damn social life
