Weight 8st 8.5

Well it's working and today was a feed day but still needed to be careful. However, I wasn't prepared and I'm still suffering with tiredness - it's been a bad week for sleep.

Anyway my food today looked like this:

10am: coffee, 2mini croissants (250)
1pm: pack of wafer thin ham(90), bagel (200), 2 triangles laughing cow blue cheese (50)
4pm: 250g quark (160)
6pm: 4 triangles blue cheese (100)
8pm: 2glasses wine (250), mini beer(70), 1 gin&tonic(60), garlic bread(100), 30g bolognaise (100), 4 wine gums (60)

Not a healthy day exactly but I wasn't organised: Cals worked out about 1500 which isn't the worst but I had intended to stay lower. I definitely drank a little more than I was supposed to - trying to unwind after work. It will be interesting to see what the scales say for my fast tomorrow.

I give the day8/10 as I am nearly at the goal pridictor (120lbs) and it seems achievable. It's good to see a downward trend
