Day 21 Liquid Fast Day

So as I said I am not going to weight myself as the fluctuations are too large after the weekend. This week I will do 2 fasts(both liquid hopefully) on Mon & Thurs. So my weigh in will be Friday morning. I can't do 3 fasts this week as at a wedding Sat & Sun and have a 15mile run Friday night so need to eat that day.

So it is nearly 5pm today and I found today quite tough. Last week was easier as I was way fuller. But this weekend I was a bit more careful and so hunger pangs have set in and I've had a niggling head ache all day. However, when I go home I will have a bath and early night. I might have some homemade soup too (if only to keep OH happy who really doesn't like me on this WOL and I have to it secretly).

Today I ordered that powdered peanut butter as I love peanut butter and I'm going to have some when it arrives hopefully Wed (and not thurs).

Anywho today I have 4 cups of coffee and 2 bovrils and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. If I have mushroom soup that will bring up to about 150cals today so all in all I give today about 6/10 but so far I still am not enjoying my fast days.

This is only my 2nd liquid fast (this time around on this WOL) but it is actually my 7th fast altogether since starting the blog. I think I had done a couple more fasts than that but anyway - I hope I begin to like them soon. I will point out that if I had my dinner to look forward to I wouldn't mind so much but I'm just breaking the habit for now.

BTW one last thing - I hit my goal weight last of 8st8(in fact I was 8st 7.75lb). The goal this week by Friday is 8st 6 so fingers crossed xxxx
