Epic fail yetserday. I figured a trigger- my mum pushing food on me. It wasn't a complete failure by any means. I didn't eat until dinner time and then I ate as follows:

morning: coffee and bovril (30 cals)
dinner: 3 slices brown bread (240) with blue cheese and butter (90)

5 crispello sweets (280)

Total cals about 700 so not too far above a fast day. As a result though I'm going to try and do a second 1/2 fast today. My weekend will be a disaster of 2300 cals fri, sat and sun. If I want a mean average of 1300 (just for this week with all the travelling) then I'd need an average of only 600 per day all week. I don't really think that is feasible when I'm away with all the temptation. Perhaps I should just aim for maintenance and no loss this week - that would be average around 1600 - if I have 1000 cals today, 1200 wed, 1200 thurs, 2000 fri, 2500 Sat, 2500 Sun - that gives an average of 1600 which wouldn't be the worst. I'm going to aim to have as little as possible during the day though. Today the aim is 1000 cals or less. I know I will have about 3 glasses of wine - (300). So if I have one main meal as late as possible that would be great. However, as you can see it is 5am and I've been up since 330am so hunger is going to set in.i'll do my best though - might try get some berroccas to keep me going. I will check back in later once I land in Belgium and am finished up for the day to let you know how the day is going. coffee, coffee, coffee til about 6pm hopefiully - I could get a green salad somewhere for lunch which would be grand. So hard to do this this week :bugeyes:
