Day 23 Liquid Fast day/fast day

Well the dreaded day is here - fast day and I am attempting a 2nd liquid fast. So a number of things have happened since yesterday. It can be gotten on amazon too. I have to say it is delicious and a lifesaver. I'm actually thinking of making peanut butter cookies or bars for the marathon with it. It is expensive - but I've spent more on the dukan diet and saving money on fast days too. So I say well done to whoever brought it up on the forum. My OH's sister tried it last night too and couldn't believe the taste of it. She loves it and is ordering it.

The second thing that happened was a slight miscalculation in my maths. I got it into my head that if I liquid fasted from 3pm Wed, I could eat normally after 3pm THurs. Clearly that is only 24hours and not 36. Instead I will now have to fast for 40hours - hope I sleep. I think it will be difficult as I'm quite hungry already - about to get my 3rd cup of coffee and it's only 10am. THe aim is coffee all day, cup of boillon to keep me warm. Tonight I will have coffee at my mums, then maybe if I feel dire, I will have soup (homemade - plain mushroom). I am easing myself into eventually doing 0cals but this is a build up thing or maybe I will not stick with it.

I am really hopeful that the scales will be 8st 6 - even if it is 8st6.75 - tomorrow is official weigh in day.
