Day 24 Feed Day

Weight 8st 7.5

Ok so today is my official weigh in day. Overall I'm down - this time last week I was 8st 7.75. Not a huge drop BUT AND WARNING TMI ALERT: I'm premenstrual and I do find I slow up. I definitely feel thinner and I'm happy enough for the wedding on Sat. I'm going to be careful what I eat today and maybe I'll weigh even less tomorrow ;-) INterestingly, the weight loss calculator in this forum predicted I'd hit 8st 7lbs this week. I only hit 8st7.75 so I'm going to put back in my statistics and reformulate based on my current weight

So yesterday I was delighted with myself - I didn't struggle too badly til the end of the night where my OH had pizza chips and goujons for dinner and my tummy started gurgling quite loudly which caused him to be annoyed and he accused me of skipping meals. OH does not know about this diet as he says I don't need to lose any weight!!!!!

8-1pm coffee with milk (40)
1pm-5pm: 2 bovrils (20), 1 500ml bottle of coconut water (110)
6-9pm: 1 coffee, 1 hot chocolate, 2 chips (45)

Ok -I was putting out OH's dinner and stole 2 fries but can't be that detrimental. That gives me 195 for the day. Obviously I want to work towards zero cal fast but I'm down from 5-600 so doing well and I'm not going to push it and be totally miserable.

The coconut water was a real find for me. At €4 it is expensive for 500mls but it is very good for you, requires no microwave (unlike soup) and prevented me OD'ing on fizzy water which is what I usually do. My OH recently told me that fizzy water is bad for your teeth. That was his supportive way of saying well done for giving up Diet Coke :-)

I would like to point out that my fast was a but epic at 42 hours as I miscalculated. My gurgling tummy woke me at 6am but didn't get to eat til 930. So based on that, in future I should be fine to do 36 hours again twice next week.

Today I feel like scoffing everything but I'm trying to be fairly sensible because I don't want to do undo the good of my fast day and I'm trying to keep my stomach shrunk. I'm not hungry but feel like stuffing my face. So far I've had breaky and its 940am here but this is the intention today:

930am: croissant (180), 125g Quark (82.5)
11am: Atkins bread (60), peanut butter powder (25)
1pm: chilli (200), quark 125g (82.5)
5pm: croissant (180), blue cheese( 100)
730pm; 2mini snickers (200)
10pm 2glasses wine (250)

Total if I stick to it is 1360.

So that will give me 4427 cals which is an average of 885 cals per day. If I eat 2500 tomorrow and 2000 Sunday then I will average at 1275 for the week which is fine. Still want to get it under 1100 average though

Anyway I give today and yesterday a 6/10 as despite the misery of not eating I still only lost .25lbs this week
