Day 28 Feed day

waist 24, tummy bulge 31

That is basically a month on this diet and since I started keeping a blog - it also includes a 2 week holiday. I am certainly down weight - about 5lbs if not more. I definitely feel better and while fast days are easier- I don't like them

So I have no way to weigh myself at the moment so took some measurements as I felt skinnier when I woke up this morning- my tummy was definitely flatter. I know that when I came back from USA my waist was about 28 and my tummy tyre was about 35 but this has significantly decreased now as you can see. So in the end I really struggled yesterday by the end of the day. I was so glad for the end to come but by the time I was going to bed my tummy was gurgling like a lunatic. I was trying to listen to a weightloss hypnosis app and my tummy kept interrupting me.....along with my brother. I'm staying at my parents for a few days for work and the house is a mad house. 11pm I'm trying to mediatate and my brother is up and down the stairs like an elephant. My mum comes in at 1130 banging doors. At 5am someone runs to the bathroom ( my room is next to it) and at 545am, my brother bursts into my room, flicks the light on (forgetting I'm there) and goes looking for earplugs. At 6am my dad gets up for work and I can hear his spoon strike the bowl of his porridge. At 615am I decide to try my meditation again and my brother decides to have a shower in the middle of it. I get to the end but decide to get up and go to work. Thank god today is a feed day as I literally have no energy with 5hours sleep - I was already tired from the 10hour drive to the wedding at the weekend. So today, I have allocated myself 1000cals - because I am so close to my goal, I need to be a bit strict for a couple of weeks to get me over to 8st 4 which is my plateau always. I am going for dinner and to see Priscilla Queen of the Desert tonight with a big bunch of girls but I've got it all planned. The day will look like this:

7am: square of camambert (50)
830: 125g Quark (85)
1230pm: 250gm Quark(162), 2slices atkins bread(140),Powder peanut butter (45)
6pm: Milanos leggere summer salad (340 cals), large glass wine (200)

Milanos is great as they do reduced calarie salads so you can keep track. And for some reason I don't even mind- is this the hypnosis already working???? This should give me around 1020 cals which isn't bad. the only thing is I'm pretty hungry but Ill try drinking some fluids and a berroca now to stave off. At lunch Ill get a red bull for an energy boost.

So I give today 8/10 as I feel skinny - I'm betting I'm 8st 6 ha ha. Hopefully I stick to my goals now :-)

Update 12.35pm ok - think my tummy is reacting badly to the food - don't think Quark was a good idea. While I feel better for having eaten - TMI WARNING - I have had to go to the bathroom several times in a great hurry. Wonder what might be easier on the tummy? :?:
