My fast didn't go aswell as I had hoped yesterday but I still nearly made it. I ended up having the following:
lunch: chilli with cauliflour rice (257 cals)
snack: 8 chocolate caramel nibbles (52 cals)
dinner: baby corn, zucchini and mushrooms tossed in old el paso smoky barbecue seasoning with cheese (230 cals)
snack: paleo cookie (145 cals)
This gave a toal of 680 so I'm 180 over but its a good start considering I'm doing a second fast stragiht away. My carbs weren't bad at 39 either.
I sit at a desk all day so I have set myself a goal of standing while working for 3-4 hours a day. I did 3hours yesterday and I have to say it was tough yet grand at the same time. I'm going to try 4 hours today which is bassically 30 mins standing, 30 mins sitting til I leave work. Its a handy way to burn 150 odd cals though. I'll also do a walk and some pilates later.
Today is my second fast day and I'm hoping to hit 5-600 cals (downward trends are to be applauded). I have 2 left over portions of the veg in old el paso seasoning for lunch and dinner,and I've two goats milk yogurts. That gives a total of 360 cals which would allow me a paleo cookie with tea later. I'm also aiming to stand 3-4 hours, 30 mins calisthenics, 30 mins walking so that would give me a total exercise of 330cals burned without major effort which is great. That will be two fasts done this week adn then off for a weekend in Madrid where I intend to be bold with all the delicious tapas
