wild fluctuations but considering I was wearing size UK 8 trousers last night and my clothes are definitely looser I'm going to put it down to the late night feast I had by accident. Yesterday I felt really tired and was quite hungry but was good most of the day
9am: croissant (175)
1030am: 2tbls spoons P2B Peanutbutter (45)
1230pm: pitta (155), blue cheese(100), 250gm quark (165)
4pm: wrap (170) cheese(50), chicken breast (150)
5pm: brazil nuts (70)
and this was supposed to be the end of it BUT after a late finished meeting I went to the pub
11pm: 2 glasses wine (200), peanuts (180), crisps (150)
So I had revised my cals to 1200 for today as won't be having any alcohol this weekend but today was a blow out and I'm going to have to make up for it tomorrow. But that is a total of 1560 approx - 400 over and eating late. Well it was a once off to be fair.
However, the scales showed it which is bad so I give today a 5/10
paleo friendly diet
