Yikes trying to stay positive. IT doesn't look like I will hit my goal of 8st 4.75 this week. That is a personal goal though. The 5:2 predictor only has me at hitting 117.34 lbs. which is 8st 5.35 lbs. I don't feel think and in fact feel slightly bloated after Tuesday. Ah well if I was 8st 5.25 I'd have to be happy as I'm on track.
Anyway I was a little better and more controlled than the day before.
The day looked like this:
10am: 2 hardboiled eggs (140)
12:30pm : 400g courgette (zucchini pasta), fried in coconut oil, garlic and basil extract(90) and coated in cheddar cheese, 25g(100)
2pm: 125g Quark (170)
5pm: Thai fish cake (275), 125 gm Quark (170)
830pm, 2 bites of pizza (60)
Total:1100 cals approx and also did 4mile run. went to bed hungry and weighed myself just before bed and was 8st 10. The level of fluctuation I get is massive for my size. I recently discovered fatdogs blog and her fluctuation is only about 2-3 lbs max. Mine is about 5lbs but fatdog and I are similar in size. I don't know why it is although it is obviously that I retain fluid. Very disconcerting though.
Anyway, the weight was crap and I wasn't really satisfied all day so I give the day a 6/10 - not looking forward to the liquid fast now but will restart listening to my weightloss hypnosis download to help me along
