Day 3 Normal Day

Weight: 8st 11.5

Not great but what can I do. It will be even worse after this weekend. I did an ok fast yesterday but fasting two days in a row is always a disaster. I ate 670 cals in the end which is above my goal of 600 :-( but I spent a lot of yesterday starving. I ate as follows in the end:

60gms cheddar (230)
goats yogurt (100)
fajita veg (105)
banana flavoured cereal bar(100)
paleo cookie (145)

Total 670.

Exercise: 4hours standing 158cals
walk 30mins (100 cals)
calisthenics s0 mins(60 cals)
total: 327

Wasn't too bad a day in the end. I'm hopng I'm bloated from TTOTM but we shall never know due to my trip away.

Starving this morning so I ate 3 small slices toast with butter. I'll be heading to airport where the tradition is beer and Burger King so might aswell embrace and enjoy.
