ok so since the 25th-today I have been off radar to do with bank holiday, work and completion of the Marathon. Finally the training is over but in celebration I have been eating out like a lunatic. So much so that I will only get one fast in this week - I have already eaten out twice Monday and twice Tuesday this week. I didn't eat out but ate a lot Wed. So today I'm easing back in before dinner our Fri & Sat. So this week I'm just going to take it a little easy and back on track next week. I feel a little out of control but hey ho - the social calendar and stuff is a bit disasterous - I'm also very bloated. the weight up above is definitely not a true reflection but I think I need to do no carbs from next week so in preparation I'm going to look up no carbs crackers and bread receipes which I know are on here somewhere. I also need to revise my targets based on the fact that I will not be exercising as much and to update my calendar goals which are probably out as I didn't hit my target last week There is no way I'll hit 8st 4.5lbs tomorrow and I just have to accept that. Bought a load of size 8 clothes and have to send them all back yikes.
So the marathon went really well - at 5hours it was 30mins slower than I hoped but a few blips along the way with my group slowed us right down. I'm happy though and glad to have a break and do some normal exercise with my dogs now
Anyway I will get back on track, today is 1 liquid fast but it won't counter the crazy eating this week so I managed to stay at 8st 5.5 which is what I was, I would be happy and then hopefully hit something good next week. I will revise my goals based on tomorrow mornings weight
