So still the same but still feeling constipated and bloated. Hopefully today will clear that out. I've decided not to differentiate between liquid and normal fasts. I'm going to do 4:3 and so be it. I also want to check is there much difference between 4:3 with 1 liquid and normal 4:3 using that tracker. You see today is the first fast I have done that was intended not to be a liquid fast. Considering how much I hated liquid fasting, today has been a dawdle. Lesson: Do it the hard way successfully and then taking it back a notch seems so easy. I feel a bit better today but still tired and down in the dumps whatever is wrong with me. I have an ominous feeling - but I sometimes get that when I'm blue. I can blue if I'm run down and tired. Anyway today I am supposed to return to running after 9 days off. However, I'm not looking forward to it. I feel run off my feet with commuting and work. I'm cold and tired. I was to join a new running club tonight in my local community in the hope of building some new relationships and doing something I enjoy and also trying to cleanse my mind.....hold on a second: lightbulb: am I feeling low because I'm not getting out and getting the exercise I was getting while doing the marathon? I could be onto something there. I don't know if anyone else feels like this, after work I just want to go home and shut the door and chill out and speak to no one. I go through phases like this but then I get cabin fever and have to socialise. I think I will force myself to go to running club tonight even if just to create the habit. My day today has looked like this:

730am-3pm : 4 coffees with milk (35)
3pm: 50g blue cheese( 170) & cup home made mushroom soup (95)
430pm: P2B peanut butter ( 45)

So I have had 341 cals so far , 20 carbs, 20 fats. I am hopeing I eat nothing else tonight but if I pick at some protein I won't kill myself over 50cals. It's 5:10pm here now so decisions decisions on running club or night in in front of tv and maybe do some pilates/yoga
