Day 4 Vegan Diet & Fast day

Weight: no data

No chance to weigh this morning but yesterday looked a little like this

9am: homemade paleo granola & coconut yogurt with blueberries & rasberries (yum) (554)
1pm: homemade tomoto and coconut milk soup and 2 fatdog brown rolls with almond butter (630 yikes)
dinnner@ oven chips & veg (320)
snacks: oven baked kale

Total 1700 cals. carbs :155 - very high. Yikes breaky and lunch are a bit high in cals. May need to limit the coconut milk in my soup as it makes it carby but doesn't add enough taste in my opinion. One note, I had a pain in my tummy after dinner and I wonder did the over fries agree with me. Not sure. The carbs were a bit high but as it was sunday I won't cry too much. Easy enough day, mostly the question is about what sauce to put on the vegetables. There's not much else to think about, I don't want curry every day so have to think of some way to thin out my pesto without using dairy products like cream cheese or cream. suggestions?
