Day 50 feed day

Weight: 8st 6

Not bothered by that as it was expected. Friday - disaster. I ate like a lunatic but was careful on the alcohol. I had to go on the carbs because my stomach was so sore. I took a nexium as think the alcohol hit my tummy hard on a fast day even though I didn't drink a huge amount the night before. I woke up during the night in pain so no sleep lead to lack of energy which meant over eating usually. But on this occassion I had food prepared for low carb but couldn't face it - needed plain food. Then the nexium hit and I was able to hit proper food but the day wasn't great:

8am:bagel (200)
10am:150gm goats cheese (200)
11am:hunky dory crisps (230)
12: 2 choc digestives (160)
2pm:zucchini pasat with ricotta & pesto (200)
730pm: bottle white wine (500), crisps & snacks ( 1000)

I was at a party and obviously didn't eat dinner. So the total defo goes to over 2k - I haven't the energy to add it as I got in from the Anne summers party at 3am -I will feel this tomorrow for sure. AND I will have to be more careful oon Sunday as I'm sure I won't be careful Saturday when I wake up

Day: 2/10 - felt rotten all day with stomach
