Day 55 Feed Day

Weight: 8st 6.75

The bloating is terrible. I'm bloated from my ulcer and TOTM. So my weight is going to be unachievable this week. I'm burpy and gassy so at least I know why. I am hoping that as a result I will still hit 8st 3 or 8st4lbs next Friday Morning. THere has to be off weeks and totm with bloating from an ulcer is of course going to affect these things. So I have to take that on the chin. I went to the Doctor in the end and she calmed me rihgt down from my panic about my ulcer. Told her all about my food and alcohol intake and lifestyle. I have a few changes to make. but I am happy to make them. This time last week, my ulcer began because I always have 2 glasses of wine on a Thurs but last week was a fast day so it hit my stomach like battery acid. Didn't drink at all obviously last night but I am happy to report that that didn't bother me. I enjoyed going for a run, playing with my dogs and watching a bit of TV and just relaxing WITHOUT alcohol. It wasn't difficult. I woke up feeling great - I'm on a high. Even with my stupid weight I'm on a high. Alcohol is a depressant and at my weight and height, even two glasses affects you the next day especially with no food. I'm glad this has come to light now while I'm 30 (31 next Friday) before things got out of hand. I've turned a corner- I know I have. I think my OH can see it too as he is different. I've not discussed the matter in depth with him but I did tell him I had signed up to loads of races on Sundays - the implication then being I wouldn't be consuming alcohol every weekend. It's a new dawn. My day yesterday was grand - not the inadvertent fast day that I expected but my appetite is still not great with the this ulcer.I was to stick to 1200 cals yesterday and 25g carbs but I went slightly over on cals and very over on carbs. The reason I went over on cals is because I had only consumed about 1000cals so just decided I wanted to hit my TDEE - it was silly as all that was available was carborofic. I will be more careful in future:

8-10am: 150g natural yogurt (100)
1pm: 30g Goats cheese(42), grated red cheddar(230), Pork Loin (153)
5pm: Pork loin (300), mini snickers(85) Zucchini bread (150)
8pm: Blue Cheese (120), sweet & nutty bar (150)

So total cals 1329, carbs: 50g

I also did a 25 minute run although that killed my stomach. I am annoyed about the sweet and nutty bar - that has to stop. I am going to look up a recipe today for low carb choc muffin - or if anyone has one please PM me or leave a comment.

I give the day a 2/10 as weight gain, panic attack and felt rough all day
