Day 57 Feed Day

by jmousey on 18 Nov 2013, 10:19

Weight: 8st 7

Yikes, this gastritis is playing tricks on me. Today is my blow out day- I've been looking forward to it all week. I ran 5k this morning but I was quite unwell during it due to the gastritis. However, I do think the acid is lessening - halleluia. The lack of caffeine has to be helping me thinks - and the double dose of meds. I did the 5k in 29 mins which was ok considering I nearly passed out. Had hoped for 27 but no point in pushing myself. Went to Eddie Rockets for dinner - that did not agree with my poor tummy- too rich. I've basically no appetite at the moment - yet I'm putting up weight. My average calorie intake daily is only 1000 cals per day. Surely I have to have lost this week. My only consolation is that my tummy is so bloated and sore that it has to be full of gas which explains it while my clothes are a little looser.

8am: croissant (230)
1pm: french baguette (500), blue cheese(180)
7pm: fries (480), Garlic mayo( 250), 2 mini burgers( 280)

Total 1940 carbs: 190 - a blow out. But to be honest, I think I probably over estimated the fries as I got a small portion - and it didn't stay in my tummy. Anyway, needless to say, I couldn't eat properly, didn't eat at cinema. Very bloated

I give the day 5/10 - bloating, food not agreeing with me, not feeling great and not a great run. But stayed off the alcohol :-)
