This is my second time to post this - I managed to close the bloody tab half through my post. I hate retyping but anyway. I am very close to my lowest weight on this WOL. I just need to get under the 8st 5lb this week. The best would be 8st 3 but that isn't going to happen but I know it will happen in 2weeks so I don't mind so much. My stomach is well on the way to mending as barely have acid. I had tea on Monday evening and that didn't go well so decided I wouldn't have any again til Friday. Food hadn't been affecting my tummy until I had a portion of chilli yesterday. It wasn't very spicy but I'm not sure if the spices kickstarted the acid or the tomatoes but it did kickstart the acid which I was a bit down about. I had thought I would be much better by now -as in good enough to have a cup of tea. Friday will be a real test- if I can have tea and croissant (my birthday treat) friday morning with no acid, then I can have couple glasses wine (2max) Friday night at my birthday meal. But if I have reaction - I will be on the dry but I'll enjoy the little bit of food I can have. I get full very quickly still and get gassy so my stomach gets bloated. Anyway I decided to turn yesterday into a feed day as my health comes first. I was going to do a 16:8 but a piece of chocolate got the better of me. My day looked like this:
11:30am: quark (84), Peanut butter cookie(53)
1pm: 2 peanut butter cookies, and homemade chilli (503)
4pm: Licorice (100)
6pm: spinach & zucchini with pesto, sour cream, cheese (300)
9pm: twirl (115)
Total 1162 cals 67 carbs
Not a great day for carbs - cookies, chocolate and licorice are not good. Today I will be better. I give the day a 7/10 as while the weight shifts, the tummy is stubbornly slow to heal - hopefully my new vegetable kick will help. I'm going to get more spinach today and look up other fibrous veg as on the net it says that that will help my tummy actually.
